Integration and asset-management are weaker than some of the competitors. If your workflow includes lots of media assets, versions, documents, you might bump into limitations.
Pricing is a big factor. Many smaller freelancers or one-person shops say the cost is higher than they’d like for the features they use. Budget accordingly.
I found the onboarding for the basic calendar fairly straightforward — for smaller teams this tool gives more structure vs just using spreadsheets or ad-hoc posts.
For social media marketers who also manage content for blogs or websites, CoSchedule’s “ReQueue” (evergreen reposting) is a nice bonus. It means we don’t have to reinvent the wheel every month.
Started using CoSchedule for our LinkedIn + blog-social workflow and the visual calendar view is really helpful. Being able to drag & drop posts, align blog releases and social promos gives us better overview of what’s coming.
