Mentionlytics Reviews – Let’s review this Listening tool together

Mentionlytics punches above its weight for SMBs. Affordable, simple interface, and the team behind it is genuinely helpful—even my branding buddy uses it now. Using their Review Monitoring feature to aggregate Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, etc., gives us a clearer online reputation read than before. Only slight complaint: misses video post tracking on some networks.

On the whole, Mentionlytics offers fantastic sentiment insight—even catches sarcasm better than most. Reporting is slick and client-ready. If I had to nitpick—coverage sometimes misses fringe platforms like WeChat or Line. They’re working on it, but it’s a known gap.

We switched to Mentionlytics for sentiment tracking, influencer spotting, and share-of-voice dashboards—and it really delivers. The custom reports are great for client presentations, especially with SIA (their AI feed) offering solid suggestions based on trending mentions. Only hiccup was the learning curve at the start. Thankfully their support jumped in fast and helped iron out the kinks.

Love the real-time monitoring and deep analytics of Mentionlytics—it all lives in one platform. That said, sometimes the platform pulls in irrelevant data; keeps me on my toes tweaking queries.
